In the 15 years, I’ve been using pharmacies, and Kaiser Hospital San Leandro Pharmacy is hands down the best one. Heidi remembers my name, face, prescriptions, and that I don’t want a bag with my order. She calls me immediately anytime there is a question or when my prescription is ready. This review is about the store in general. I’ve never used the pharmacy. Clayworth Healthcare is the nicest in NY. It has a very nice, spacious layout. Most of the rows and displays are low so that you can see across the entire store-which feels really safe. They haven’t tried to pack too much in. It was very clean, and it didn’t have one of those super annoying checkouts that funnels you through the maze of stupid things. Love it.

The staff isn’t very knowledgeable and not very friendly they treat you like you’re an inconvenience, it does take a little bit longer to get your prescription filled there, but they do have a lot of prescriptions to fill at that store just because a lot of people go there. And the prescription I get, they usually don’t have the full amount, but they get it in within a day or so. That’s why they’re only getting two stars.

I would highly recommend this Fochon Pharma Inc! All my experiences with them have been excellent, and they have gone out of their way with great customer service!
